Damian is the owner and founder of Downtown. He is not only the company's president but also the main man behind all audio production for both departments. Populary know as D Money, he started Down Town in 2003, dec 31st as a record label. His main concentration was making music at that time. Later as he realized he was not sanctified with the Videos that exist in Tanzania, he decided to start Down Town Films. After a few attempts with it, he met Charmaigne who has been the executing all his ideas to date, they started Down Town Studio. His dream is to make an impact in not only the local entertainment industry in Tanzania. But entertainment in Africa. |

Eric Banda Administration |
Eric the newest member of Down Town plays a big role in keeping the company growing strong each day. He handles all the internal affairs concerning the company from the finances to day to day functioning of each individual in the company. He gained his experience from his time in the business world, handling his own business. Intrigued with the ideas and working spirit of the few he met on coming in, he joined the Team. |
Charmaigne k Production manager |
Charmaigne joined Down Town in Jan, 2005. She joined in as a voice, an experience she gained from working in media for 3 years. Later she founded Down Town Studio after their ideas and concepts blending with the President. She is the main editor of Down Town , the hand behind both Videos and all visual work of the company. She is currently also one of the presenters in No Limit working beside Gavin to make No Limit happen. |

John is the man that links all work done at Down Town to the rest of the world. He is our public figure keeping us in touch with everyone else. He started his position in 2005, handling all artists on the label as their manager. Currently he is also handling projects with Down Town studio, catering to work that needs to get to Television. |
Bakari Magoma Camera Crew |
Bakari is sometimes also refered to as Pablo. He joined Down Down in 2004 as an artist and later developed a passion for the camera. He is now working with us as one of our major Camera men in the company. Bakari has been one of the camera personal during the shoot of videos like Super Market, n has also played roles in others like Celo. |
Daudi Ali Samata Lighting |
Daudi Samata is our handy man at Down Town. He is the strength behind the lighting in the company. Like Pablo, Daudi also joined us as an artist in 2003 who later became more fascinated with the Video department. Aside that if you need to make appointments with any department, he is the man to see. |
